These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Surf Agent app and website ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Surf Agent provides AI-generated surf forecasts and board recommendations by combining public marine data (NOAA buoys and tides, the National Weather Service, and Open-Meteo) with your selected spots and profile. Forecasts are estimates for informational purposes only.
Surf conditions are inherently unpredictable and can be dangerous. Forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for assessing conditions and your own ability before entering the water. Surf Agent is not a substitute for local knowledge, lifeguards, or your own judgment, and we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any forecast.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Surfer → Delete account).
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass access controls or subscription requirements, disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means without permission.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Surf Agent and protected by law. Underlying marine data is provided by its respective public sources.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surf Agent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
